Home Learning 2020

 Class teachers have now uploaded activities under their class pages for this week. Please read the uploaded Parent Guide below, as it will talk you through the home learning under each class page.  We hope this helps, and we really need your feedback, as per the letter, on how you are managing and how this is supporting you so we can amend it as we go forward.  Remember, this is an new to us as it is for you!  We want to help.

The mesage below remains;

If you can do some of these activities, then that's great.  We know how this time at home will be challenging though, so please remember that the most important thing you can do with you child is not to worry about their academic progress.  Children all across the country are in the same position,  life has paused for them all, so school will pick up their learning when we are back in school.  They will all catch up.  So instead, follow what your child is interested in and keen to do. For some, this may mean more screen time (in moderation).  Below is an important reminder of how you can keep children safe online - please take the time to read it.

If you can, encourage them to play outside where possible and where safe to do so (following the current Government Guidelines).

And, of course, please read to them and with them.   That really is something that you can help you child make good progress in during the weeks to come.
